14 hours of individually tailored dance ceremonies to power yourself up through spiritual fitness, journaling prompts, and fun to follow dance ceremonies.

Meet Your Coach

Who I AM:

My name is Sanchel Brown and I have birthed this course out of pure love and desire to see fellow women prioritize their self-care. I am a performing artist/spiritual fitness coach. I am now a thriving freelance artist, healed mother, reiki practitioner, oracle, and overcomer of sexual trauma, and highly sought after teacher. 


I just got back from the Dominican Republic, The Philippines and Senegal, West Africa where I was a US Hip Hop Cultural Ambassador through the U.S. Department of State. I’ve received several awards for my creative vision including the 2023 Broadway World award for best choreography for Theatre in the x’s production of “Dreamgirls.” I continue to teach across the United States as a A.C.E certified fitness coach. As the founder of Nubienne Productions, my purpose is to help folks self-actualize through movement and wellness.

FAQ

Women who are givers who feel disconnected from their bodies. You are crushing it in your professional world but lack personal care. New or seasoned on your healing journey,  you are desiring balance in your emotions and freedom in your being.

Open to all spiritual practices and religious denominations

1 hour of a private dance ceremony for each chakra followed by 1 hour of soul therapy including journaling prompts.
 
Your overall commitment will be 14 hours total of ceremonies and soul therapy scheduled to your preference. Full participation for all 7 chakras is required.
 
Ceremonies will be held in person or on video call with Sanchel Brown.

Internet access, yoga mat, journal, small space where you can move your body, a mirror to watch your beautiful self. 

No prior dance experience required! You’re in the safety of your own home, and I consciously activate a space of non-judgement and body positivity. Please let us know if you have specific access needs or questions.

If this program is a good fit, you will select days to complete your ceremony + soul therapy to fit your schedule. Ceremonies are facilitated once a week virtually or in person for 7 weeks.

Ceremonies can be facilitated on an expedited schedule per request.
